Special Workshop: Taming the Voice of the Inner Critic

Wednesday, November 13th, 6-7:30pm

Via Zoom

$25/ $20 early bird rate through November 6th

Register now

Are you plagued by a voice that insists you're not good enough? Do you feel like your self-criticism is sabotaging your performances? Are you tired of your "inner critic" running the show? Put your wise mind back in the driver's seat with this workshop!

Using mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (parts) work, and other evidence-based approaches, you will learn tools that will enable you to work with and even befriend your inner critic. That voice will finally recede into the background to reveal the confidence, peace, and joy that has always been there, just waiting to be discovered! And when your performances can come from this place, anything is possible.
